We chose Elegant Design Events for two main reasons: 1) you seemed very responsible and capable of providing the services we were looking for for day of coordination; 2) the price range was much more reasonable than competitors. We made our decision after talking to a family friend, Elise Katzif, and her mom about how they felt about Elegant Design Events. Their enthusiastic response sealed the deal for us.

In this day with the economy as it is, I appreciate vendors/contractors that are thorough and follow-up.  If someone is so busy that they can't respond to me, that indicates, perhaps incorrectly so, but that they don't want my business and that they have plenty of other clients with which to attend.  When I call a contractor/vendor, to me, it is like saying I have money I want to give to you, and if you want my money, you will respond timely, if you don't want my money/business, then you don't really care whether or not you contact me.  I understand that people can be extremely busy, but an e-mail to at least acknowlege me goes a long way to maintaining a potential business relationship. 

So that is my perspective and why I appreciate your thoroughness and responsiveness.  I know for you, I am not a large contract, but you did not make me feel like I should apologize for my small budget and my small wedding.  I truly appreciate all that you have done.

Perfect, just perfect!!!! Please accept my appreciation for the lovely and outstanding job that you did with the ivory chair covers and champagne organza sashes to make my daughter's reception look so beautiful.  The room looked magnificent, and I am so glad we decided to go with the covers.  Champagne was the perfect sash color to compliment the reception room at Lake Quivira.  I received countless compliments about how lovely everything looked.  Your company provided great service, excellent quality, and terrific value.  Please count me as a "very" satisfied customer, and I would be honored to have you use me as a reference.
