Our day-of coordination includes:

• Complimentary initial consultation

• Ceremony and reception site inspection to understand your plans and vision

• Review of vendors and contracts with bridal party

• Detailed timeline of the big day

• Direct your rehearsal and coordinate your wedding party

• Coordinate and organize details with all vendors

• Oversee complete setup of ceremony and reception sites

• Distribute all final payments and gratuities

• Oversee proper placement of table cards, wedding favors, cake table, setup of gift table, guest book, etc.

• Coordinate and direct grand entrance, bouquet/garter toss, cake cutting, etc.
